Event Navigation

Is there a place for humour when it comes to that most heinous of crimes: murder? Olga Wojtas argues that it can be a key element in cosy crime, and that whether it’s deadpan, quirky or black, it’s essential for an entertaining read. Olga’s debut novel, Miss Blaine’s Prefect and the Golden Samovar, was shortlisted for the 2019 CrimeFest Last Laugh Award and longlisted for the Comedy Women In Print Prize. The sequel, Miss Blaine’s Prefect and the Vampire Menace, is published in February.
