The Ivy will be hosting an intimate lunch event with historian Professor Suzannah Lipscomb who will be covering the topic of witchcraft. Beliefs about witchcraft have been around for thousands of years, but in Europe between 1450 and 1750 witches were perceived to be especially dangerous and large numbers of people were persecuted. Suzannah explores why. This unique event will be hosted in The Etty Room, a beautiful private dining space. Tickets will include a three-course meal served with wine, plus teas and coffees post dessert.
